Nice job Iggy. Other than the normal outstanding camera work that you normally do, 2 things to point out:
1) At the 14 second mark you capture the elusive mystery of Booman moving his hands in a “still shot” while the other Bimblers are hypnotized and paralyzed. How does he do THAT???! He is a shaman!
2) At the 38 second mark as you film the start of the race it is clear the flies are divebombing the camera, yet you sacrifice yourself in order to record this historic event! THAT’s professional dedication!!!!
Thanks for being there, fiming, supporting, carrying, hauling, and cheering.
While I heartily agree regarding IGGY’s herculean and aesthetic efforts, I suspect that Booman is quite capable of doing the impossible, and that IGGY is capable of adding UFOs for dramatic effect. The persuasive powers of a talented and motivated artist are substantial, and, in the wrong hands, could be used to lead us astray. Sort of like looking into Mr. Bimble’s eyes…
1. Who remembers what our shaman Booman said that made us all laugh so hard for the before foot star?
2.Does anybody remember Booman running all around looking for the finish line as he entered the park? I did not capture either on video, but I am pretty sure he did so extra distance zig zagging…..? THX
I can’t remember #1, but I definitely remember #2… He knew exactly where he was and where to go, but he was having so much fun he did not want it to end!
BTW: There was a finish line quote that was memorable (not Booman’s), but remember that nothing said at the finish line, or in the hours following a race, “count”.
It’s true! I couldn’t figure out where the finish line was! I zigged I zagged and would have gone adjacent to the chute were it not for a last zag! So embarrassing! I’m so glad I was responsible for the laughs at the start and finish lines!

I know the memorable finish line quote. Discretion is the better part of valor.
Forrest, are these two sentences mutually exclusive?

Iggy, I don’t want to start rumors, but during the foot star I think Booman said something about a “pickle”.

Iggy thanks so much for posting this. Very nice to watch.
