I never could understand how someone could spend the money to see a concert and would talk the whole time and then complained afterwards they did not like the show.
When I was twirling at the Dead shows in the 80’s I was so focused on the dance as a
form of meditation and was so in tune with the music that I could care less what people thought about me spinning around and around in bare feet wearing tie-dyes. My parents thought I was crazy bit they knew I was having lots of fun!

Now that I do something more crazier like trail running (dancing on rocks and roots) for hours. Some people still think I’m insane.
