At least three regulars from the BS took part in the Fairfield road races on June 22, 2008. Clark and silentRunner tackled the half marathon, while Hardware ran the 5k event. Full results can be viewed here, but in summary: Clark 1:42:39; silentRunner 1:55:08; Hardware 24:06.
Hats off the Hardware whose finish placed her 2nd in her age group!
The McLaughlin Lads did damn well in the 5k too! The older one in 17 and change and The Peanut in 22 and change!
Yeap they did do well. The Puppy was 10th – 17:13, while Peanut finished in 22:41
