It was 160 years ago today (April 10) that a guy named Walter Hunt patented this tiny device. As runners, we’d be sunk without it!
Rougly half of us will want this
Hopefully this is in the development pipeline. If not, I see a niche in the market that needs filling.

Do Your Nipples Hurt?
Do your nipples hurt?
If you can answer yes to that question, or if you have chafing in other sensitive areas, this new product may help you. I received a sample of this from soundRUNNER and being a victim of chafing I wanted to give this a try. First impressions are very good. I went for a 2 1/2 hour run today and applied this product before I went and was happy with the results. [Read more…] about Do Your Nipples Hurt?
Microspikes
After going through two pairs of YakTraxs this winter I decided to try something different and bought some Kahtoola Microspikes. I’d thought about buying them before but had been put off by the manufacturers $59 price tag, but decided that if they last longer than my Traks, the investment would be worth it. 2009 Calendar… Bimbleness
While out for snowy run at The Quarry we got this fun bathtub shot so I figured why not make it an impromptu calendar!! Thanks to the ladies who posed for this one and thanks to The Mayor for taking the shot – maybe we’ll do a bathtub calendar every year. I just wish more Bimblers were in the photo…. but there is always next year! If you want to order one they are available at http://www.cafepress.com/fromthestudio ! I ordered a few samples and they came out awesome …high quality one page wall calendars are printed on glossy, 12 point postcard stock paper and measure 11″ x 17″.
Cheers & Bimbleness, Iggy
